We at Vyaas Agro (Ono Agro) strive to ensure that every product reaches you in the best possible condition. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 5-day exchange or return policy. This means you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.

Exchanges and Returns
To be eligible for an exchange or return:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- You must provide the original invoice during return pickup.
- Once a product is opened or used, it becomes ineligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges/Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product is damaged, or you received the wrong item.
- The product’s seal is broken or tampered with at the time of delivery.
- The product has expired when received.
If your return is approved, our team will arrange a pickup from your delivery address and inform you about the scheduled pickup date. In case of an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped within 3–5 business days after return pickup.
For any delivery-related issues, please contact us within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order only if it has not been shipped.
- If your cancellation is accepted, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Vyaas Agro reserves the right to cancel or reject any order due to reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing or information errors, or issues with customer details.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
